At first it started out as a normal cold with the runny nose and congestion. I also had some drainage that gave me a scratchy throat. Having big problems with virgin phone line?

Unfortunately you are under contract to virgin so you will not be able to cancel unless you have had the line for 12 or 18 months depending on your contract however I would suggest calling them and telling how long that the service has been bad and demanding compensation for the bad line. I had low broadband speed because of a faulty cable for almost a year and got a fairly large compensation when it was fixed. You have to be demanding with them to get it but you're entitled to it if they can not provide the service they promise. As for switching to another supplier that isn't possible on a virgin line. You can only switch suppliers on a BT line. REGRETABLY its patience and keep at them. Call every day

About three weeks later I noticed mild pain in my left calf muscle when pushing off, it is three months later now and it's still there. I have a roper gas dryer. The ignitor (brand new) lights up, gas ignites and it blows hot air for a few minutes. Then it runs cold air for the rest of the cycle (which lasts forever because I don't think the timer works either). The thermal fuse tested 0 Ohms. Lint trap and vent pipe are unobstructed. I'm not sure which is my next part to replace on this hunk of junk to fix it.

Will my sister ever learn?

My sister has been with her partner for 13 yrs. They have 4 kids together. the problem is he has done nothing but lie & cheat through there whole relationship & has always been mentally abusive towards her eg he would never let her head nights out unless he was their or if she was out on her own she would have to be back before 12 midnight or he would lock her out of the house! DONT SOAK THE CHICKEN IN HOT WATER!!!!! Put the chicken in a big bowl or pot and place it in the sink and run (not full force, just slow running) room temp/cold water over it for about 15-20 minutes. Then pat it dry with a clean towel or paper towels and proceed to season and roast. Cooking any meat from frozen makes the outside over cook before the inside is even warm, and because you have to fully cook chicken, it is one of the worst meats to cook in the oven from frozen. Also, defrosting in the microwave could cause it to cook and become gray and rubbery.

This is caused by a Processor Problem, i'm uming that you have a low end one. I had the same problem with my Compaq Persairo With Windows XP, which Came With an AMD Sempron 3400+. I had a lot of Programs, and Important files & doents that I needed for school. What seems is that Avast! or any Anti-Virus will say your computer is at risk, or something related to not updating it frequently. Your Best Option is to go into Safe Mode By Pressing F8 Several Times until the menu comes up. (Choose Safe Mode with Networking in case you need to use the internet to update things. This is a Mode that only loads the Core drives essential for the computer to use. In the mean time you can Run Disk Clean Up, Defrag And getting rid of some programs by uninstalling it in the Control Panel. Try to get rid of unwanted and programs that you don't use. If this Problem is still happening it's a Processor problem (CPU) and you will need to get it replaced/ or upgraded at a Computer Store.

My Laptop (Lenovo Ideapad S12) Will Not Fully Turn Off?

Recently my laptop got a virus that latched itself onto a very important program that was required to start my computer, so my virus detection deleted the file and the virus along with it. Needless to say my laptop needed some fixing and luckily I knew some very computer savy friends. They wiped the hard drive and reinstalled windows xp for me (it was originally xp pro, but now I have home edition) I got all of the drivers reinstalled by them (I think). However, ever since it was fixed, it rarely shuts down fully. It will log out of the user and will be stuck on "Windows is shutting down" until it loses power. I have cold booted it twice and do not want to do it again in case it damages it. It also stays stuck on stand by mode and does not recover when it is shut and reopened. It also will go to a black screen after 1 minute of sitting idle (but it does recover from that with movement of the mouse or typing a key). All drivers appear to be installed. This has not happened before my laptop was reconfigured. I am also giving my computer friends a bit of a break as I have been asking them for a lot, which I am very appreciative of, so I am trying to solve this issue by myself for the time being. ANY information that may help or give any clues is welcomed.

Help with Underweight Husky?

My husky is 3.5 years old, 24.5 inches at the shoulder, and weighs about 30 pounds. You can feel every rib and see his vertebrae. When he went in about 8 months ago to be neutered he weighed 46 pounds. My vet ured me that while he was under-weight, he is in great health and that it is common for huskies to have low appetites and high metabolisms, and being that he is an ex-sled dog, this is probably magnified. He is clean for internal and external parasites. He is a very finicky eater, currently eating about 3-4 cups of Actrium a day, (not the best quality but it is what he will eat) and despite our best efforts will not eat any more then that amount of kibble food. Wet food seems to give him diarrhea, so I would like to stay away from that as much as possible. If any one has any advice to offer, I would greatly appreciate it.

Why did our feral baby bird died?

It's impossible to say for sure what caused the birds demise.. it may have been injured in the original fall from it's nest, it may not have been kept warm egougn, or it may have died of starvation. Baby birds are like any babies. They need warmth, and they eat often. I've raised many outdoor birds including sparrows, mockingbirds, finches, a hummingbird, and starlings. In fact one starling still lives with me. He is now 14 years old. All of the birds came to me in much the same way this little guy came to you.. Here's a list of supplies to keep on hand, and what to do if you think you may try this again.. get at least 2 syringes (the kind you get a shot with, but no needle of course), at least one jar of strained vegetable beef baby food, liquid bird vitamin drops, and a small bird cage with one wood perch close to the bottom of the cage. Nurses are a good source for the syringes, or some pet/feed stores may carry them, and walmart carries caged bird vitamin drops for about $3. OK, so put the little fella on soft padding, like fleece, (don't use towels, or 'nappy' fabric, as his toenails can get caught in the nap) in a small box with loose fitting lid. You can poke a few tiny holes in the top if you want. Mix about 2 tablespoons of babyfood and a 2 drops of the vitamins into a tiny container. Use syringe to suck up the mixture. I usually prepare 2 -3 syringes at once, then put the rest in the refrigerator. Keep the syringes of food out at room temp. If the baby is very young.. it will have very few, if any feathers, and will need to be fed every 2-3 hours day and night for the first few days. Do not try to give him water. There is sufficient water in the babyfood. Now, to feed him.. OK, so pry his beak open with fingertips of one hand, and with the other just stick the syringe in a bit and gently push in a bit of the food.. he'll swallow it. Shouldn't take more than a few tries before he's begging for more. Keep him inside, in a cozy spot free of drafts, extra cover at night if you're in a cold climate. Within days he'll be eating more at once, and sleeping through the night.. Within 1 to 2 weeks, introduce him to the little bird cage, bird feed appropriate for his species, while supplementing the babyfood, until he's finally eating on his own, and introduce him to a bird water dish. The rest is up to you.. are you going to keep him as a pet? if not, next you begin the outdoor acclimation process, and that's another whole story.. By now, you should have a whole new respect for parent birds. They work their little tushes off, and unlike us humans, they give 100% 24/7 parenting until their little ones are ready to spread their wings and fly away.. that is unless the little brats fall out of the nest, or try to take off before they're ready. The action is nice, the fretboard is fast, it has Seymour Duncan Designed pickups, a nice humbucker on the bridge, and played through my Marshall 30 watt solid state amp on distortion setting, it sounds really good, and only cost me $300 new. Can't beat it. However, it does sound like crap when on the middle and neck pick up modes. Sounds great on the bridge though with the humbucker. Pure metal. Any thoughts?

Should i visit my dying grandpa?

Everybody deals with death in their own ways, my grandpa ped last may, the day of my sons birthday. I don't go to graveyards, my mother died over 17 years ago and I just choose to grieve in my own way. I went to see my grandpa p, at times I wish i'd not been there, then others i'm so glad I was. I know eventually for me, the sight of seeing it will eventually become easier to bare over the years, but for me, the regret of not going would eat at my gut for a lifetime.

but its not a zit or anything. Ive had it for about a year and a half and it never bothered me before, but now its grown more than twice the size (almost the size of a dime). It used to be firm and without any pain but now its a little squishy... it might be sebaceous cysts, Basal cell carcinoma, or Nonmelanoma skin cancer. But ive looked up all these and none really look exactly like mine, all though reading up on them they all have similar characteristics. To someone who has dealt with wolf and wolf dogs?

we just got a wolf dog. Her mother was full blooded wolf and her dad was full blooded english mastiff. she is right around a year old and looks just like a wolf only a bit bigger. the people that had her kept her in a cage by her self with little to no human interaction. Her personality is very dog like she is the sweetest thing. but she is as stubborn as a wolf. she had never been on a leash before or even a collar on. when we take her for a walk if we are in woods that have other dog fecal matter she will go but if we walk her where we live and she wants to go somewhere and we wont let her she will lay down and wont move let me tell ya... it kills your back when you have to keep picking up a 70lbs animal that is just dead weight in your arms...plus she will hold it till we are inside. if there is anything you can let me know that will help with getting her to go outside other than the woods it would be nice. also anything else would be nice. we would like to train her to go places with us... hiking, wondering through wilderness kind of things i would greatly appreciate it. please only people who have been around wolf dogs. thank you

I moved in to a town house in miami florida in may of this year i put about $1500 into fixing it up the walls were all messed up and it was destryoed . After i moved i realized the nursery room had no ac coming out of the vents, the downstairs bathroom had an issue with the toilet and a month after being there the tile in my room broke it was hallow for a while before that . So i called the landlor and he told me he would send someone the next day this happend for 2 more months and nothing he would say the handy man was calling me and i didnt pick up he actually even told me to stay home and wait for him i was there for 6 hours waiting and nothing then i find out they were in forclosure and didnt pay the ociation fees so they were harrasing me to pay them rent instead of the landlord . Finally in august 20 days before my due date i called them up and said i had enough that i would not pay any more rent if i didnt get everything fixed i had a baby on the way with no ac in his bedroom he admited that he didnt have money to fix it and that actually i knew to much about the property so it was better that i left , i told him i couldnt leave because i was about to pop and told him to go ahead and evict me or get the things fixed and i would pay my rent as usual . He started the eviction preccess a so begining of october i get the final notice called my attorney and he said i had about 3 more weeks before they through my things out that was on a friday saturday the air conditioner actually blew up i had to go stay a my moms because it was an oven in there , i started packing everything on sunday and monday tuesday when i got there it was pouringgggg rain and they through out all my one month olds things outside and left my bedroom set and a few other things . I want to kow if it is even legal to do that with a newborn involved . please let me know

Advice about section please?

I went into labour with my first on my due date and she was born early hours of the next day (2007). after 28 hours of labour i had not dilated and she was in distress towards the end. I am 25 weeks pregnant now and just today went to see the consultant as i had decided to opt for an elective c-section in fear of the same happening again. The consultant was very rude and abrupt with me and i ended up in tears. she told me that she would not book me in for one until i satisfied her that i had thought about it. I told her im 25 weeks pregnant and have had so much time to think about my options and have decided to go for this. She went on to try all sorts of angles to try to get me to change my mind, telling me (very harshly) that i could bleed and they could 'put a hole' in one of my organs and that its possible for me to have to have an hysterectomy and that would mean 'no more kids for you'. she then went on to book me in for a c-section 3 days after my due date saying thats what you got. I am not worried about giving birth naturally just rerally worried that the same will happen again!! anyone any advice for me??

The other day i ordered 3 pairs of shoes online and i'm expecting them at around 16:30 today.. however in the short time i ordered the shoes till now.. my work schedule changed without notice.. i wont be at the shipping address at 16:30. Today I woke up with a bad cough and a itchy throat. I didn't feel bad during the day but after I got some exersise and than I felt like I was going to puck and I kept coughing and my throat had got worse. I feel that I am really depressed. I try to tell people but they don't seem to listen. I know I need help but I don't know how to get it. I have asked my mother to take me to a doctor. But she won't. When I was 15 and older, I plain old did not want to have . It didn't hurt with a little hurt and did hurt with a lot of pain... My body became numb at one point to . I corrected my feet and stand an inch and a half taller. was never refreshing, nice or anything I can get out of shaking my around my house house, getting wild by myself in my sheets or using a vibrator which feels a lot better. I'm talking about pain, like it was stabbing me, like my life was being oozed out under my belly to my uterus to the person. This guy I lost it to, he d me and told me to go to hell. I was traumatized after that. I never even learned how to take care of myself properly. I did not ever have a family to nurture me or what not only one to throw me around. Last night my ear was having very sharp pains, felt like I couldn't hear. I thought I may have water in it so I slept on that side. This morning I had all kinds of waxy drainage all over my earlobe ( my ears don't ever drain like this) and the inside of the shell of my ear. Today it still feels like I can't hear and like it is blocked, it does itch sometimes, it is not as painful as yesterday but there is an ache. It seems like I can hear a light ringing in my ears also. I should mention my ear hurts when I blow my nose, or burp (sorry I know that is gross).

Ok, so I am like addicted to Horses. I started riding at the age of around 6, and ride solidly for 4 years straight. I had all the equipment such as Hat, Jodphurs everything. My parents paid for lessons weekly at our local stables which was �10 each week. Also the petrol money to get to the place added on top. I rode all the time and I have and don't ever think I will live anything more than that feeling. I got really good and could jump over a metre high at the age of 8. Once we moved house to out in the countryside I thought it would be a lot easier to ride, but it turned put harder. We don't have the money to buy/loan a horse, and all the stables around us are really bad. They have like 10 horses in a tiny barn, and there is no room for anything. Other places were too far or epensive. So I stopped about 2-3 years ago. Recently I have regained my love for Horses. I have never stopped loving them, but now it's even more than before. I can't wait until when I can get my own horse and just be free to do whatever I please. Is there anyway I could ride in the meantime. Even if it just once a month or once every 2 months how do I say to my parents I want to go again. I would have to get new equipment, as it was all sold, and a few beginner lessons to learn the basics again. I have a great way with Horses, and my Birthday is in June so could it be a present? What do I say to them to let me do it again? There is nothing I want more. :)

Lou is a nice source of points and is great at getting to the free throw line. If the sixers were getting more attention from the media he might even be considered for 6th man of the year. Cpi is too inconsistent to add right now. Bynum can get you ists but he gives you the same problem that McGrady gives you...uncertainty. I like Lou here. Roy would be a high risk high reward player at this point. His minutes will be limited the rest of the year (15-20 most nights, with an occasional 25 minute game). He could pay off in the end but its a gamble. Lou is your safest bet...Roy has the biggest potential, but with risk. Good Luck!
