Do woman like it when a guy shows some bulge in his jeans?

My girlfriend wants me to wear tighter jeans with an uplift thong so I show little more..should I do it to keep her happy...do women like this look..I am not talking about a huge amount...just she wants it pronounced a little more, I guess
