After a divorce, why is it always "my dad has money"?

Anyone notice the common pattern and trend after a divorce--9 out of 10 times when I discuss family matters with my friends or acquaintances of divorced parents, its just about always "my dad has money" while the mother is most likely struggling. Albeit the common denominator of the mom 'having money' typically comes in the form of remarrying a well-off man. This alludes to the notion that men are making more!! Does anyone else see the injustice and blatant ism?!
