How can you tell if your teeth are baby or grownup?

my tooth is kinda wobbly and it hurts a little when i wobble it as well and i try to eat but my upper teeth crunch down on it and it hurts my mom says it has a possibility of being a grown up but it could also be baby im freaking out i don't want false teeth please answer me im new to this website please please help me
