Fantasy football help??????

Okay, my fantasy team is 5-1 and currently first in my league, but i need week 7 help at the receiver and running back positions this week. My wide receivers are: Johnny Knox (CHI) who is playing @ Cincinatti, Sidney Rice (MIN) who is playing @. Pittsburgh, Donnie Avery (STL) who is playing vs. Indianapolis, and Mike Wallace (PIT) who is playing vs. Minnesota. I NEED TWO OF THE FOUR. As far as running backs go, i have: Ronnie Brown (MIA) vs. New Orleans, Rashard Mendenhall (PIT) vs. MIN, and Donald Brown (IND) @. St. Louis. Again, I need two out of the three. Please support the names you give me, telling me why they should be started over the others.
