I keep forgeting the name of this movie what is it???

This movie was made in like 1991 its so cute. Its about this oil spill in the forest and this skunk gets sick and her friends have to get this flower for her or something and her uncle corneluis has to stay with her and obviously its a cartoon its the something rainforest.
