My computer dies when playing games...?

It's hard to say for certain, but if I had to guess, you're probably have overheating trouble on the video card, or possibly even the CPU. So start by getting some compressed air and cleaning out the case. If that doesn't work, make sure the fans are even spinning at all. And if you built the computer yourself, you may need to check that you used enough thermal paste or got enough CPU contact.
