Is this guy just a player ?!?

So here's the deal, he hasn't talked to me for awhile since he's been with his new gf that goes to my school. But all of a sudden he pulls up when I was hangin out with a few friends. We were sittin outside and laughin just a normal day. He comes over and starts off being friendly and talks to all 3 of us. Here's what he said, "just broke up with my gf 20 mins ago. The only reason I came around a lot is because of you, hell I thought u were my age.(he's 5 years older then me) your dad would kick my a**." He babbled on about some stuff. He didn't take his eyes off of me once. He kept his stare and he was so close to me my friends said they thought he was gonna set on my lap lol. He gave me his casino card and told me to keep it between just the 2 of us. My friend told him she knew his 'ex' gf. He kinda backed off when she said that, like he didn't want her to know. The door opened and he ran over to it cause he thought my dad was comin out, he went in there to talk to him. They know each other and talk 'work related'. Later he came back out and talked our faces off more..ramblin on. We think he was a little drunk but he was makin some sense and he has flirted with me sober before. He hugged my grandma and ask me if I was jealous. I asked him of he liked older women and he said, 'just pretty women, almost as pretty as u'. He told me he was comin back to visit me the next day..he didn't show up and ended up putting online something about another girl...not his ex. And said he was getting married!!!? What do u think?
