What is this movie called plz take the time to answer this!!!?

i am 13 years old and i saw this movie when i was like 7 i saw it with my sister. anyway its a vampire movie its pretty it old it lookes like it might be from the 50's around that time i dont think its completly black and white anyway it takes place in romania and there is this guy who goes into the vampires house with a briefcase i think to do like business or something annyway the villagers all told him not to go and there is this really funny lady who talkes funny and stuff. its kind of like a comedy but at the same time scary. anyway the vampire like hypmotizes the man with the briefcase and makes him his slave and the vampire comes to this one girl about 18 years old and bites her it kinda funny cause he uses a straw to suck the blood anyway the girl finds the bite mark and there family brings in a person to explain the bite mark and the person said its probably a vampire so the family puts a ton of garlic on the bed so the vampire wont get in so the vampire sends his slave to get rid of the garlic and he keeps biting the girl and thats pretty much all i remember. thx for taking the time this is driving me crazy and i want to see the movie again thx again.
