You must realize that since he put the bait out there for your girlfriend, she could have responded or signed off. He no longer considers the three of you such good friends since you moved away. Considering he made the move, what makes you think he feels he did anything wrong. Being rude to this guy will make you seem like the jealous type and will miss the point of making him feel like rubbish . . . and do you really want an apology from a guy who did not immediatly make one to you? Seems pretty empty and hollow at this point. Drop him from your 'friends' list and in the future choose more wisely, he was never really a friend. You must realize he may also not consider it cheating since he realized that nothing would ever come of it besides harmless chatting.
