I have an item up on ebay... need help?

Well i have an item on ebay at the moment and it has 7 watchers and zero bids. Now I've received messages from two other users who are outside the US but I turned them down. I originally put on the listing that I wouldn't accept international buyers, but I'm thinking of reconsidering this. So I'm wondering is it safe to sell internationally because its a high price item ($600-700) and is it possible that the 7 people watching may bid on my item (based on your experiences) .
