Why does my mom hit me ?

why does my mom hit me just for talking pictures of my self. she doesn't even let me hang around whit my friends, go to parties, have a my space but i have one any way but she just hits my like for taking pictures for putting undershirts for having bangs and last time she even hitted me with the broom and broke my head im 12 years old and i want her to stop hitting me she doesnt even let me go to the movies....
