Does my Albino Clawed Frog eye injury affect his weight?

Clawed frogs should get about the size of a softball when fully grown. I don't think his growth is because of the injury. Perhaps the small frog is sick, or is actually a dwarf clawed frog. Or maybe the bigger frog is a female.
