Does anyone know how to keep a dog from scratching??

maybe some calamine lotion on the scabby parts and a little antihistimines. You could also try putting an old shirt you have on him and tape up the loose parts so he doesnt trip or get his foot in their or something. If you put socks on his feet you can tape around the tops relatively tight (not tight enough to cut off circulation, but tight enough to keep them up).
